low voltage on the throttle position sensor does not mean its signal is of for the full range of use.. it might read correctly from 2000-4000 rpm. but read low in another area.. or correctly at idle, low through acceleration, and normal at wot.
the timing belt being replaced lead me to think maybe something isnt hooked up, missing vacuum line, or something to the tranny. the same with the plugs on the tranny for shifting. but to diagnose it you need more than just the two generic trans codes.
the two could be symptoms of a related problem of something not plugged in properly. its not as easy as reading codes to fix it..
