What is this (+ battery terminal?) & how can I fix it?

My car battery acid leaked and corroded the terminal, sounds like an easy fix, however I've been to a thousand auto part stores and no one carries this "unique" part! Can someone help identify this? And maybe offer a fix or where to find the part? I really don't want to take this to the dealers and pay a fortune for something that seems so simple. THANK YOU to anyone who can help! (pics included) 2006 base model Aveo
UPDATE: Can't figure out how to post pics, but it is the whole contraption that attaches the wire to the positive side of the battery. Thanks again!

Hey Steve, this should be the cable you need. It says it doesn't include the 100A fused cable, so hopefully you can salvage that.

I found out how much a Battery Cable at a Dealer would cost; the part number is 96620771, and its $164.85 with MA Sales Tax. it seems expensive, but you get BOTH Battery Cables (Positive AND Negative) for what you pay!

and while you're at it, take some Baking soda and water, and wash down the area around your battery tray; since your battery was leaking; it WILL eat though the paint and possibly corrode the underlying metal!
