What else could I have damaged? Jumper cables placed on backwards!

Tried to jump my 2007 Aveo and hooked up the cables backwards. Blew 100amp fuse to alternator from battery (replaced). No fuel or temp gauge when ignition in on position, no spark from newly replaced coil, replaced ECM with used one, still will not start. Turns over just fine but no spark. Could it be the fuel pump? i.e. no gauge reading...... Or could I have damaged something else?

Unfortunately, it's anything goes. Have you checked all the rest of the fuses and relays? Have you tried plugging in an OBD reader capable of realtime data scan? If so, what was the result. If not, see if you can borrow one to see what it can tell you about the various systems.
