Wheel shimmy and front end problems

At 30 mph the steering wheel starts shaking and does not stop also I put brand new ebc slotted rotors and green stuff pads it's only been two weeks and when I am going about 60 and start putting the brakes on the front end starts shaking not sure if it is a caliper cuz they are brand new rotors and pads and I have already got the tires balanced and rotated them not sure what else to do

They need to balance the tires again, sounds like they did a crap job. After they balance them again test drive it (try to get up to 60mph or so) and if there is still shaking, have them do it again.

Im srry I didn't mention they were balanced twice would bleeding the brakes help at all for the brakes ? And I also watched them use the road force machine on all 4 tires
