This looks interesting; as I did have P2135 trouble code as well.
It appears as this technician made a report about fixing a customers vehicle.

The 2006 and 2007 Aveos went to fly by wire on the Accelerator. So it's interesting you went from an oil change to this failure.
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....
That is pretty weird. I can't imagine I bumped any sensors or wires either.
It would be a pretty strange coincidence that it decided to give up the ghost right as it pulled in!
My only idea is to swap out the throttle sensors; I suppose.
Replaced Crankshaft Position Sensor and now it will start, but is in limp mode.
P1516 - Commanded vs Actual TP Performance ( TAC Module )
P2106 - Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Power
P2110 - Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited RPM
So where exactly is the TAC module located?
...and I'm still confused on why this happen when it did.
This is beyond what I have learned. Maybe the dreaded crank relearn procedure?? Read post number 10 below:

A lot of the guys end up going to the dealer for this.

I've seen from other sources that it shouldn't need to relearn because the newer sensors have a better tolerance than the cheaper built stock ones.
I'm going to swap out the camshaft positioning sensor as well since I know the two are used to check each other.
I'll post the results.
