different countries have different laws. Look up you countries laws for answers, the dealer may or may not tell you correct information.

Still no reply from Reeds
I do not think the dealer will say anything honestly, I would just do whatever you want with it, if you do have any issue with it down the road, I doubt they will give you any problems over minor mods, but yeah, look up your laws if you have not done so already.
I waited so long for a reply that my car got broken into last night and the stole my system.
Keeping it clean.

I finally managed to get hold of GM after many phone calls and emails. ANY mods what so ever the increase performance or economy will void warranty on EVERYTHING, including the battery, etc. They are being quite anal about it and I will be contacting GM international about this.
you are allowed to changed the rear box on the exhaust. i put a VMAX exhaust on
I had a cai on my car when they did a ton of warranty work on my engine, no issues.
As far as I know any mods will void your warranty, it all depends on the dealers center. You will get away with minor mods like CIA and and Cone Filter and maybe exhaust mods. What is a big no no is adding stuff like turbo's and such. Even ECU software if they catch you.
So it all comes down to how anal your local gm center is.
My dealer wont even let me put on an Induction Kit, and thats just a new filter and the pipe that goes to the filter. But they said they will void the warranty on every part of the engine
