Chevy prius :: 2006 Chevrolet Aveo (Garage entry)

Can anyone help me. I don't know what is wrong with it. I just got the car. It had 81k miles. The check engine light is on. I took it to auto zone so they could plug their computer in. The problem was it was misfiring in cylinders 1 and 4. They said to try some fuel injector cleaner first. So I did. I put that in yesterday. Today I changed the car to a cold air intake. Just took off the top part and old intake and just put the cold air intake on the original tubing. After awhile it started getting a ticking and now has a almost complete loss of power. It's struggling to even get to highway speeds. What could be wrong??

It could be your spark plug wires or ignition coil.
