      2010 Aveo high rpm

Starts fine. Idle up then lowers to under 1000. As soon as I step on pedal (in park) idle goes to 2000 rpm and stays there. Even idle. No fluctuation. Drive by wire system. New throttle body. Disconnected pedal and connected alternate used pedal to test and it still goes to 2000 rpm. I heard that this system has no idle air control valve and I can't find one. Also check engine light is on but getting no codes with my bluetooth obdll. Oil and coolant level fine. Haven't checked tranny fluid yet. Sprayed throttle body cleaner all around engine for vacuum leaks and found none and no idle changes. Turn off engine, restart, idle up then down to normal idle. Hit pedal and idle goes up and sticks at 2000 rpm. Any ideas?

Are you sure it doesn't have an IAC? Have you tried checking your manual?
