I would guess dead. My 2010's only lasted 5 years. The good news is that aftermarket stereos are relatively cheap, can be done yourself, or from a shop for a small fee and add features such as Bluetooth and USB input. Plus much better sound.
If your radio is built like the 08's and adamant on repairing it you could take it apart and try reseating & cleaning the faceplate that has contacts that connect to the mainboards. it's built similarly like aftermarket radios that have removable faceplates with contacts but not intended on being removable. Personally replacing the head would be worth it over the attempted repair labor but it wouldnt hurt to try if it's already broke
Heres a pic of what the faceplate is like (bottom) the contatcts are at the top of the board in this pic the two little black bars/plugs (ignore the bluetooth stuff)
(P.S. if someone comes across this image as a guide to add bluetooth to their stock head dont follow it, the 12v in was dirty/noisy power and always ON there's a filtered standby power rail somewhere else on the board)
