      Aveo T300 DIY Temperature Indicator

I recently made a cold engine indicator for my car. Basically just a blue led that tells you when your engine is still too cold, some vehicles in early 2000s had it from the factory, e.g. Hyundai Getz, etc. Just wanted to share it with you here. Thanks

      Hi,

is there any info available on your project?

Some time ago, I had a question about the temp sensor
      but didn't get any reply.

Are you monitoring the same sensor?

      Hi,
are you sure you measured the resistance of the ETS and not electronically controlled thermostat? If im not wrong, are located on the same plastic housing, easy to confuse. Sensor does not have 15 Ohm resistance at all times. As any temp sensor it changes resistance with accordance of the engine temp.

The electronically controlled thermostat connector is in the actual thermostat body the aluminum part the hose attaches to the upper radiator hose and towards the front of the motor connector points straight up 180

the temp sensor is in the back of plastic thermostat adapter body that mounts to the head and at towards the back of motor
connector points straight back 90 the
      body.
