Car wont start suspecting cambelt/auxilary belt

Hello so I have had my kalos for 3 months and its not startung to look like a money pit I have recently had all 4 wheels rebalanced and aligned due to speed wobble.

I had to get new rear struts and rear too mounts as the old one broke and put a whole through my rear arch .

And now of course sods law after I spent more money then I'd like on my rear suspension my car decided to breakdown at 2am after oil decided squirt out when driving.

Filled up the oil again today and no noticeable leaks, fuel pump primes when ignition turned and the car ticks over just refuses to fire, and the spark plugs look perfectly fine no water in oil or oil in the water.

I now suspect either my auxilary belt or cambelt as my cambelt looks like its not sat correctly and the auxilary looks a little twisted any help please

Obviously auxilary belt will need changing asap I just want to see if this could be a cause of why it's not starting as I have probably put the same amount into the car for what I actually brought it for

Update, so I have taken all my air intake off to get a better view of the belts and the auxiliary/serpentine belt looks twisted and beaten to hell however the engine should still start like this as they still move just risks snapping and now I'm at a complete loss not sure what else to check and I dont want to goto a garage until I know for sure whats wrong too see if its worth fixing as there's a black model near mine that is currently selling for 500 and has no scratches or dents on the outside and has full service history.

Anyway heres the picture of the twisted looking belt and you can see where it's cut a groove in the cambelt cover

Okay so I found the cause now the timing belt felt tensioned at the too when I pulled on it but after taking the cover off it looks like it snapped at the bottom while keeping the top section wedged in where it snapped
