Chevrolet Aveo 2009 Battery Discharge

After a thorough electrical check and a visit to the dealership, they told me that I have problems with the On Star Module that discharges the battery. Can you help me find a solution? Thank you.

Yes, just pull the fuse in the fuse box in the car left side top row you will not have power to the obdi port if you need to read codes just put the fuse back temporarily had same problem on my car some say you can take it apart and pull the top and bottom board connector
