Flywheel Bolt Question

This is my first post, So this could be under the wrong category. but here goes...

I am looking to do a full clutch and flywheel replacement soon on a 2005 Aveo M/T

My question is specifically to the flywheel to crankshaft bolts. The manual I have (Haynes) says those should be replaced if removed.
I am assuming they are torque yield bolts.

The OEM replacement part number is: 94500811. M9 X 1 X 22.5MM. But it seems this part is not available, as its backordered from GM.

So my question: Has anyone reused the same bolts without issue? Or have any idea of an aftermarket one that fits properly?

any info is appreciated!

I did actually!
I ordered them from GMpartscenter.net


The part number I got for my 05 Aveo was 94500811

The part was backordered and it took a little over a week to receive it. That was the only place that was able to get me the part.
A few others just cancelled the order when they found it was backordered.

I will add these bolts did not appear to be Torque to yield bolts so you might be able to reuse them.
But if you can wait a week for the bolts I would highly recommend replacing them.

But overall it wasn’t a bad job!

Hi I'm changing out the clutch on my car right now and would like to know what torque settings you used for the flywheel bolts.

I think it was something like 25 ft lbs, then 30 degrees then 15 degrees.

I don’t have my repair manual close so I can’t check to confirm

I had a shop do my clutch, the mechanic didn't mention needing any new bolts or charge me any extra. He will usually call and let me know if something extra is needed.

-Crosses fingers- In the fifth owner of my car so I hope it's ok with the bolts it has in there. Lol

Did you happen to notice if there was any pilot bearings when doing the clutch on ur Aveo.

Mine was a 04. I did not see any pilot bearing.

There was no pilot bearing behind the fly wheel. But I’m still getting a chatter at times.
Installed brand new
*flywheel
*clutch disc
*pressure plate
*throwout bearing.
Also did a clutch pedal position relearn with a diagnostic tool everything is torqued to specs only different part is the springs are a lil smaller in the clutch disc

Haven’t change the slave cylinder yet

Sorry I don't know what would be causing that. On mine the clutch fork lever was no longer lining up properly so the clutch was not disengaging all the way. I had to purchase a new one. Part number 96144874. Could that possibly be happening with yours as well? I also replaced the lower engine mount that fixed a chatter on take off in the past.

My old throwout bearing had plastic. This new one is all metal
