Ghost Connector - what connector is this??

      Aloha From Hawaii!
My daughter has a 2009 Aveo5 which she blew the head gasket. I shaved the head and replaced the gasket, and a friend helped me set the timing. I put in new plugs, new remanufactured injectors, new oil/filter, new coolant, new thermostat.

It still runs rough. Before I do any more work or replace any other parts, I want to replace what I call a "ghost connector", because it doesn't show up anywhere. I even went to the dealership and they couldn't find it. I looked it up about everywhere and the pictures look nothing like it.

I assume it's the crankshaft sensor because of it's placement but I'm not sure. I'll post the pix I got so you can see it's location and what it looks like. All the pictures and the dealer have showed me connectors with two or more wires, but as you can see from the picture, there is only 1 wire into the plastic barrel connector. I need to replace it because it was so brittle, all the clips fell apart when I touched it.

Any description or part number information will be very appreciated.

Can you post an end view of the connector?

      Unfortunately, I didn't get one.
I'd have to remove the exhaust manifold to pull it out.
I might have to do it though because no one (dealer included) can identify it.
It blows my mind that they don't know what it is.

It's a single wire about 6-7 inches long, round connector on one end (with a single pin) and a clip-type connector on the other, also with a single pinout.Attachment 12046

I think I found it watching Ecotec YouTube videos. That's the oil pressure sensor. So, that little 6" wire is the oil sensor connector.
