Hi All, my 2013 Aveo 1.2 petrol has a problem. the audio controls on the right hand side of my steering wheel don't work at all. none of the controls on the right hand side of the steering wheel work. Al the controls on the left hand side (cruise control) work fine. It's been like that since I bought it last year. Would anyone know what might be wrong - or where I should start troubleshooting, please. Many thanks, Dave
My guess would be a clock spring failure
As said probably clock spring remove the battery negative let sit 20 minutes to let residual power dissipate for air bags
find connector disconnect remove the conector and air bag and conector for the control if you have enough wire you may be able to remove te control switch and get to connector now use a multimeter and brobe from switch and connector you should have continuity from corresponding wire and less than 2 ohm resistance
