My baby is giving me problems

Check engine came on ( just before Inspection of course )
Diagnosed as an O2 sensor. It was changed last Friday, immediately after leaving garage it comes back on. Take it back two codes showing one for the original problem and now one for a coolant sensor even though everything is is operating with the coolant system as it should..up to temp etc.. Any ideas, similar problems?
