The crankcase is supposed to have a vacuum on it it's not vented like an 08 and below as there is a vacuum regulator in the valve cover that keeps a vacuum in the crankcase and vented post throttle plate vacuum side of engine if you add a vent into crankcase it will be a large direct vacuum leak into crankcase and motor when the regulator goes out that's a large vacuum leak into motor it gets air from under the coil cover towards the back and towards the left a little the 2 small holes just above the rounded projection and when it goes out you hear a sucking sound or just before mine totally failed rythematic sucking sound accompanied with an increase in idle speed and if you put a valve in the line to the throttle body and there no more suction you may pressurize the crankcase and that possible to pop out a seal or other problems
