Question about stereo (remove if in wrong section)

My alternator fuse was blown, i replaced it, both radio fuses inside interior fuse panel were blown, i replaced them, clock display on dash doesn't work and stereo just flashes red security light, i have the unlock code in my owners manual, but when i follow the process to unlock the radio, it doesn't seem to work... Anything I'm missing? Did the stereo die? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
