Nope. Don't use any sealant on the rubber seals of the oil cooler when bolting it to the engine. It is installed dry.
I changed my oil cooler almost 5 years ago. No sealant. Still no leaks.

I have another question should i coat pipe seals with silicone? thank you for the great help.
When I replaced my oil cooler on my 2009 Aveo back around 2017, i bought all new pipes, that is the 3 pipes, and they all came with new seals. I did not lubricate the seals when I installed the new oil cooler and pipes. Still no oil or coolant leaks to this day. I suppose if you have difficulty inserting the pipe ends into their recesses, then it might be a good idea to use some silicone lube. But, for me, everything assembled together easily without lubing any of the seals.
