Rubbing/vibration noise behind glove box.

Hi, currently experiencing this weird noise behind the glove box.

Its a 2012 Aveo.

Sounds like a trombone or someone breaking wind lol.

Gets worse/louder the warmer the car is and will still do it if fans are turned off, constant noise if air circulation is switched on.

Can also feel a vibration on dash as it does it.

Before this noise it just sounded like a CD player changing disc.

Any ideas what it is? I was thinking fan motor myself.
