Transmission cooler bango connector torque spec?

There are alot of misinformation about bango fittings . The 2008 CHEVY AVEO automatic transmission cooler is on the radiator with the inlet being a hose with hose clamp and the outlet connected on top side with a hard steel line with a bango fitting.
      Questions:
#1- What is the torque spec. For the 19mm bango fitting bolt head?
#2- What size is the crush washers size and /or part number for that particular bango fitting?
      Thank you and AVEO ON!

Fitting comes with a new line. Otherwise match it up at a parts house

Thanks , I saw the dealer diagram but did not want to buy the hose twice. Last weekend I replaced the radiator because of a leak and this weekend I am installing a new condenser, compressor, and dryer.
My parts did not show up in time for everything to be done last weekend and I use the car during the week as my big truck is off insurance and tags while the gas prices are high.

I can’t find one either, but I do know it won’t be a really high spec. If I had to guess I would go around 17-22 foot pounds.

I found the same size aluminum crush washers at parts store, but it leaked. I need the correct torquefor sealing bango fitting.

      Me too.
When I removed it it was sooo tight. Had to use a breaker bar!

Cleaned up the copper Bangor washers with light sandpaper. Torqued to 27/28 Nm so far and a tiny tiny spot of atf on 1 side of the upper washer.
Hmm maybe try a pair of new washers?

Anybody know the size of these washers?
Haven't found the torque settings yet and still leaking with 28nm using the old washers.

Use fine sandpaper on top a piece of glass. That’ll help make them flat and smooth. I have no idea what the OEM part number is.
