Added YouTube embedding ability

Noticed the new "YouTube" button in the editing options in the forum text editor?

Just post the full URL of the YouTube clip you want to embed in your post between the YouTube tags, like this:

[YouTube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-grC6ReSDtA[/YouTube]

... and you end up with this ...

[youtube:2u037ck6]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-grC6ReSDtA[/youtube:2u037ck6]
