Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
EvySpeedy - in the earlier contest we had a list of vendors that the winner could choose from. They're listed here, fyi: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=27542

Well, you could start by looking here: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=898 I know for sure Oscar and his wife Amanda are from Texas... and there are a few other users from there, they mostly keep quieter though. 8) And if you ever go to a Honda meet in Texas, you might have already ran into Oscar, he also owns a dropped accord. He drives the Honda mostly and his wife drives the Aveo... Same situation as you and your hubby. ;)

Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
Yea that's kind of funny. My husband is a Honda fanatic cause he's puerto rican and always makes fun of my car and won't ever come near driving my car. But yet he's done most the mods in my car and has a plan for mine as well. Yea over here in fort hood I dnt ever se noooooo aveos that isn't anything but stock. I always turn heads on the aveos cause they look at me like wow u can actually do that haha. Maybe cause Texas is all mostly trucks n SUVs but it's a chevorlet state that's y they have the diesel truck n an aveo just for gas saving. That's all I ever get complimented for out here is like wow nice gas saver! Lol

Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)

o yeahi saw 1 aveo with rims here n town but i rarely see it. thats the only other aveo with a mod. all the rest are STOCK.
-
Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
Yea i drive around for my job n I only seen like 2 with rims and that was it nothing like mine inside and out. I just feel like we should bring a good better rep for aveos. My husbands been waiting for a meet n we came to the conclusion we will start our
Own club lol What kind of Honda do u have and what have u done with your wifes car

Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
Love the accord. N the aveo. How do u get into a car show. That's one of my main goals as soon as I do engine mods that is worth being in a show. N the tail light bulbs is that like a blue backup light. N what kind of fog lights did I use n how did u fit them on.
-

-
Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
yea imma lower my car but i heard just lowering the car lower than 2 inches is not recommended for a car. buti also wanted to bag my car. i have a friend out here who really wants to do that he owns a low rider shop. so whenever one day i hit the lottery and have the money for all that. its gonna be a definite must. my husbands integra is like twice as low as mine is. he has the wheel sitting under the fender well looks really good. but of course we dnt have a car like that accord the other guy on here has but its a project we are just getting started on and soon it will b something like that. :P

Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
yes it is. and i have to add. that section of the bumper was all screwed up before the coil overs. I hit something that fell of a truck on the highway (was behind the truck when it fell) one thing broke the windshield the other went into the bumper right there and sent me spinning..

Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
Is that u baggin them low low awesome but wow that was a close callfor that situation could've been worse. I had a a huge ladder fall off a truck right in front of me going 55mph in a busy street but good thing I barely barely had the tiniest gap to swerve into the next lane but person behind me wasn't so lucky I felt bad. But hey can u get a better picture of the whole car sittin low like that.

Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
Does any ne one have a
Good idea for a name for my car.
-
Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
First off, this discussion probably belongs in its own thread. :D
Now with that out of the way, do you have any names for it yourself? And it is not a complete necessity to name/rename your car by the way. 8)
-
Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
It's not a necessity but I dnt care what people think I just think it's for fun...2nd it does need it's own thread but hello... Y u think I'm posting on here for!!! Read page one first post...duh! :P

Well, I did read the first post. Just to clarify, you're entered to win by ANY post ANYWHERE on the forum, not just in this thread. 8)
And new idea/question deserves its own thread if it wasn't addressed somewhere else on the forum, and I believe the name for your car came up here for the first time on the forum.
Plus when poker come to look at this thread looking fort info on the contest, not suspension our other stuff. :D I'm just as guilty of stealing threads myself though, so I'm trying to help you avoid my mistakes. ;) 8)
As for the name: I'd call it a Blue park with the amount of blue paint and LEDs you have on that thing.
-
Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
Lol nice one. U think it's too much blue? N LEDs? I'm on here for some constructive critisizim or however you spell it. My whole scheme was black n blue n I didn't want to go too over board on the blue. But I think I am so maybe a litle less blue n should do all black projects. I was going more for sidekick since my cars just the little side kick to my husbands project car.
-
Re: New contest! Win a ScanGauge 3-in-1 automotive computer (ends July 31)
LOL. the blue matches your car, and there uss never too much LEDs.
