Welcome Jackie and Crystal, I am a new member also. I went to your web site my.chevrolet.com and tried to sign up. I linked my OnStar account to it after I registered. They were able to bring up my vehicle up and I clicked on it and hit finish and that is as far as the site will let me go. Engaged in chat however no solution available, suggest calling 866-694-6546 for help. Just wanted to let you know, heck it may be on my end.

Hi AAB13X2L, 866-694-6546 is the right number to call for assistance with mychevrolet.com. I verified for you by giving it a call. Once you have time give them a call. It shouldn't take long to get it up and running for you
