      Welcome Jackie and Crystal, I am a new member also. I went to your web site my.chevrolet.com and tried to sign up. I linked my OnStar account to it after I registered. They were able to bring up my vehicle up and I clicked on it and hit finish and that is as far as the site will let me go. Engaged in chat however no solution available, suggest calling 866-694-6546 for help. Just wanted to let you know, heck it may be on my end.
