i hate when i have to buy a car. i did have a pleasant experience when i bought the suburban new in 02. it is the z71 edition and it was listed at $42K, and i got it for $36K. i was fairly satisfied. when i bought my 04 aveo i got it for $9K from the same dealership with tax and tags out the door. my wifes grand cherokee was a completely different battle and a jeep dealership and i'm too much of a gentleman to let loose all of the dialogue on that one. but it worked out in the end short of my threatening to drive a bus right thru the dealership.
