Scootaloodoes the VIN say KL1TDxxxx5Bxxxxxx or KL1TDxxxx6Bxxxxxx? because usually around July-August, they do the Model Year Changeover. (my Plymouth Breeze was built in December of 1997, but because of the Model Year Changeover, its considered a 1998.)
