timing belt kit includes water pump, belt, tensioner, pulley, etc. whatever parts are specific to your year car.
Just an FYI, but the water pump is NOT in the timing loop from the 09 model year onward (with the ecotec engine). The "double pulley" on the serpentine belt that connects the power steering pump via an additional belt is the water pump
