Mine did it from new and it turned out to be the rear shocks!
When they were fitted, the top nut was over-tightened on both.
This was fixed by jacking the rear, leaving the wheels on, just touching the ground.
Reaching in over/around the wheel, then removing the shocks with the top brackets intact.
Then, carefully loosen, then re-tighten the top nut, one finger, small ring spanner, match the tension both sides.
The shaft must be allowed to flex.
New shocks are cheap, I went for Monroe Sens-a-Track.
Then re-fit the shocks!
