Aveo 1.2 2008 gearbox

Hi, I need a gearbox for my Chevy struggling to get a 1.2 gearbox but seen a few 1.4 gearboxes, am I able to use 1.4? Or any other gearboxes I could use?

Unfortunately, you might not find the answer here -- most members have the North American version of the car. We never had the 1.2 or 1.4L drivetrain.
