Aveo clock and aux

This is the new car stereo that I put in is better then the other one I bought. It fits into the installation kit perfect and can withstand my turns. lol The other one was loose. Here's what it looks all lit up. sorry it's blurry. Do you see where it won't clip in though? Everything else is find except the aveo radio base around the stereo.

Is there a 'hole' for it to actually clip into though. Because you see on the original radio the hole was built in to it, and the mounting kit should have the hole as a part where it bolts into the dash. I think your Scosche kit comes with a couple different mounting brackets, depending on which GM vehicle it was supposed to be used on. So make sure you have the right one. The shape of it should look alot like the mounting points on your original. If it's just misaligned a little, you may just have to see how far it's out, and put a little pressure up or down, depending on how the clips need to line up with the holes.

Now if you mean it's just loose, and the clips pop out, I'd recommend a little painters or masking tape around the clip. Just put a little around at a time, and then it should give it enough resistance to stay in there.

I have the bigger ones on, I'll try the smaller brackets when I get the chance. I have some electrical tape I can use. Thank you
