Not in the earlier models, at least not Bluetooth features. Maybe the 2011 models? I know we have it in the '13 Sonic, but never seen an Aveo with phone abilities. I have an aftermarket CD unit with Bluetooth/handsfree that was in my 06 LS when I bought it, and it works great.
I don't think any did. Even if another GM models radio was a direct swap, you would still be missing the whole built in speaker setup, etc. I also had an aftermarket radio with Bluetooth. I highly recommend going that route. The sound quality, USB and Bluetooth is one of the biggest bang for your buck you can do to enjoy the commute in your car.
