aveo info question

Were the 03-07 aveos made in different factories or anything? I've seen such varying stories about peoples experience with their aveos. I see people either happy with their cars and little to no complaints, a group of people who are gettinv bad gas mileage for some unknown reason, but otherwise happy, then a group that just has horror stories. Perhaps these are just the people who have found their experiences worth writing about, but I am curious if there is any trend regarding manufacturing or assembly.
