      aveo spotted on FB spam.

So yeah, I was browsing my FB this morning. Scrolling past all the annoying and rarely funny pictures that people like to post. I'm not sure why I stopped long enough to look at this one, but It is / was an aveo.

Pretty remarkable that the first support didn't tear it up more - don't think they put a wimpy break-away on the ends of these kinds of guardrails. Good the second support stopped it because the way it was tracking downhill it looks like the driver would have been out of headroom by the third - literally. Hope s/he didn't have a passenger.

I see so many of these that i rarely laugh at them, the only reaction i had was, "oh hey, wow. That was an aveo". Those guard rails are built very solid. My parents have had one save their life once. Icy winter road, rather steep down hill curve. The other side of the rail was something like a 60 - 70 degree slope with trees growing from it. The car did no damage to the rail, despite riding it for several feet. Im guessing this aveao was doing atleast 55mph range, and got a very direct hit on the end of the rail.
