      Aveo vs. Fit

Well with the way everyone pumps up how the fit is the best car in our segment i was surprise to see this...
"Put my 07 Fit on the Dynapack at Locash Racing last night just messing around and to see what it made at the wheels.
The car made 81.1 whp and 83.5 wtq (i didnt get the right print out of my MAX hp run, haha)"

I found it on a honda forum I frequent. Surprisingly I think the aveo dynos somewhere around 85 whp with just an intake like this car has. Can anyone back this up?

      Re: Aveo vs. Fit

      they are heavier.

Looking at the specs the Fit is 2432lbs for the base model with Manual trans. The "sport" model adds on about 40lbs
Whereas the Aveo(hatch) is 2,343lbs for a base with manual.

They have all that safety equipment(side curtain airbags etc.) so that adds lots of weight(But who needs that), Also that folding seat system they have adds on due to the brackets and junk from what Ive heared.

nice...so the fit isn't so superior to the aveo performance-wise that it is chopped up to be, powerwise and fuel economy...i think ill go give the aveo a pat for that tomorrow lol

**In robotic voice***New Honda Fit, Fit is NO!**

Did i do that right? lol

Like i did state earlier, their motors are a smidgen smaller and they are only makin smidgen less power than us. But, nice to know some official stats for real. I deem this-good find!
