I think I'll keep mine, but I have learned that some dealers are crooks!

there is a for sale section, but you may get about 11k-12k max, you are going to be short
repo is an easy way out but it will hurt you for a long time, what kind of payments are you looking at anyways?
You signed a contract with the numbers from the first deal right?
Sign anything accepting the changes?
If not they broke the contract. Call a lawyer. BBB. Chevy corporate. Etc.
Well, I'm keeping it, but I will never be back on that dealer's lot again!

Pa law prevents anything like this from happening.
If you didn't sign the second deal you could have walked away minus a usage fee, typically like $.40-60 a mile plus taxes and interest. And gotten all you gm card etc back.
On a federal level what they are doing sounds illegal. The truth in lending act is a law, both sides agree to the terms. You signed the new deal out of fear of losing down payment etc. I would still call a lawyer or file a complaint with whatever authority. But since you signed the second deal your probably screwed.
rabbit is right, you shouldn't have signed the new deal... you say "you had to"... but I'm sure with the right help you might be able to do something about it. Because realistically you won't be getting that kind of money for it...

You guys are probably right. All the drama took away the fun and joy for awhile, but I'm feeling better about it today.
It's a great little car.....fun to drive.....just whips into small parking spaces......but I don't want my doors slammed so I park out most of the time away from other cars.
I know this for a FACT......I WILL NEVER SET FOOT BACK ON THAT DEALERS LOT AGAIN!!!! That's the last car I'll ever buy from them.....and any work I need done will be somewhere else. They lost a good customer right there.
And the dealer is BELLAMY STRICKLAND in McDonough, Ga.
Now to take a deep breath and go for a drive!!!!

You could also look into refinancing with a different bank of your choice. I don't know if you have any military relatives, but Navy Federal Credit Union and USAA are both very good about good interest rates on car loans.
And if you haven't done so already, I would look into getting GAP insurance, which covers you in case you owe more on the car than it's worth in case of an accident.
