lol that is funny, I have a radar and have only been gunned twice in god knows how many miles, and the one time I did not listen to it (was a bunch of BS anyways).

In Ontario Canada no radar detectors! but lots of RadarGuns. If caught with one you get a fine and they take the radar @ your lost.

There are several states that do not allow radar detectors, but I do not visit them lol, dont they use strips on the road and time how long it takes you to pass over the two of them to get your speed? I know in PA there were no guns but the strip thing, never ran into one myself though, they are too busy enforcing regulations from the early 1900's lol

I know there are odd laws still on the books.
In NYC, it is legal for a woman to walk around topless so long as it's not for business purposes.
In Connecticut, There is a law stating that it's illegal for 4 or more people to share a drink.
I believe in New Haven, CT (Might be another town but definitely a town law in CT) it's illegal to walk around with ice cream in your pocket.

Anyways. Regarding the link. ****ING SAVED! This should prove useful

Sheez! I'd run into one of these cops with the gun, and I wouldn't even be 5 minutes away from my house! Then, they have a crapload going down State Route 410, which would be about 5-7 minutes to get to! But at least that first one is only out late at night...

EDIT: You guys talk about those radar guns, I was messing with my dad and told him that with how he drives, I'd have to buy him one. He got pissed at me and said that he wouldn't use it. I guess he has done fine, he likes going 5 over most of the time. It just takes people who think their car is better than his for him to go 80 or faster. He only got one ticket, and that was just for 74 mph. He wasn't trying to race anyone, he just wasn't paying attention to the speedometer.

Hahahahahaha! I just remembered this! I found this on a joke site months ago! It's supposedly a true story too! Here's the link to the main page of their jokes: www.joek/jokes/index.shtml

      True story from San Francisco

A motorist was unknowingly caught in an automated speed trap that measured his speed using radar and photographed his car. He later received in the mail a ticket for $40, and a photo of his car. Instead of payment, he sent the police department a photograph of $40. Several days later, he received a letter from the police department that contained another picture—of handcuffs.
