So the new headlights I got, have an extra turn signal, two halos per side, two small leds, then an led bar on the top. Suggestions on how to wire them up? I know one of them is going to be a DRL.

I put in the Spec-d lights last weekend, and will but installing my factory fogs this weekend. For the turns I just tapped into the existing turns. I'm wiring all the LED's and my fog in to a relay (fused of course), and tripping that from some ign on power source, probably the parking break switch since I drive a stick. That way my fogs and LEDs will function as DRLs since I unplugged the DRL module to save my headlights. Not to mention keeping it from catching fire! The fogs can have cheap bulbs, but I run Silverstars in the headlights.
Even if your just doing the LEDs, you might still consider a relay. Oreilly's has a 12 relay kit, so its cheap. The LEDs won't pull much power, but the stock wiring is already so thin I would hate to push it.
No I meant, like should I wire the leds/halos as turn signals, parking lights, drl's, headlights, something like that.
Oh, well, that's kinda of a personal choice. I'm going DRL. Run with parking or headlights is just as valid. I wouldn't go to turn signal, that would look goofy, and depending on how strict your vehicle inspections are it might get you failed. Turn signals are not supposed to be white.
