The current gas prices in America...

They are so beautiful right now, It's making my wallet creak in relief! It's a $1.97 at the three gas stations that are near my house, and I was able to feed Scoots for LESS than $20! So if you feel like comparing the price of gas in your area to mine, feel free!

Live in the SC area and have paid 1.93 at QT in Easily Anderson (cheapest). However I shop at Ingles Grocery and used my points discount and paid 1.84 for the truck!

Thanks to PA taxing the crap out of gas (added another $.10 this week to the tax in fact) we are stuck around $2.60 a gallon.

Ikr? It's also $1.97 here when I was in town yesterday. I live "in-town" but can't walk outside and see station prices. haha

Chewy was just under half and all he would hold to the brim was $15. That felt SO awesome!

Our cars are cheap on gas anyway, but this is just awesome!

Wow, PA beats out the greed of CA. We only pay $2.45 a gal at the moment out here in the 'sticks'. I think it is a few pennies less down in the urban concrete jungle areas.

its the first of a few yearly hikes. So we will be paying something like $.85 in tax per gallon by 2017.. Which means we will be on average $.75 more a gallon then all our neighboring states (NY being the closest in price) and as a state should locked in to be the highest gas prices in the country. So proud..

Same here in NY, about $2.60. With crude oil approaching $50 per barrel, the gasoline price should be even less than it is. Just wait until the next "crisis" hits...

there's a good reason why Gas Prices have suddenly dropped like a stone: the Saudis see American Shale Oil as a Threat to their Monopoly of Global Oil Production, and they are depressing prices in order to crush the Shale Oil Producers.
