      Same here in NY, about $2.60. With crude oil approaching $50 per barrel, the gasoline price should be even less than it is. Just wait until the next "crisis" hits...

      Get some jerry cans and fill 'em. There's no law against storing gas in approved containers.

      there's a good reason why Gas Prices have suddenly dropped like a stone: the Saudis see American Shale Oil as a Threat to their Monopoly of Global Oil Production, and they are depressing prices in order to crush the Shale Oil Producers.

      There may not be a law against it but modern gasoline has an abysmal shelf life if it has 10% ethanol in it. 3 months is the estimate without a stabilizer.

      Adding a stabilizer effectively reduces the amount of energy you can extract from the fuel though so you're screwed either way

      There are ethanol free gas stations out there, but the prices are on par with mid grade and Hi test prices.
