Does anybody know what's the difference between Aveo 2014 (Chevrolet Aveo Limousine | Kompaktlimousine) assembled for Russia and for Europe?

I wanted to register my Russian Aveo 2014 in Europe, but when the laboratory started the engine test, it's indicated that the car is Euro4 only (and it's only possible to register Euro5 cars from outside Europe). But the same cars were selling in Europe and they should be Euro5.

From everything I've managed to find, Russian and European Aveos have the same engine (F16D4) assembled in Korea. But for some reason the Russian one is only Euro4.

So, the question is (if the engine is the same) that perhaps Russian cars are missing some filter (or other part) which could be installed to make my car Euro5?
