DIY AC Install Instructions?

Adding AC to a 2010 Aveo, and everyone keeps mentioning instructions for how to enable the AC in the PCM programming. Dealer has no idea what I'm talking about when I mention this.

Anyone have a copy of the instructions/flowchart that was included in the kits?

this is all I can come up with from one post:

There is just an option in the BCM under the IPC in the Tech2 menu to switch AC to yes or something like that. If the dealer had to get a new program from GM, it sounds like an ECM firmware update, not an AC activation.
