Driver window slipped forward

2007 Aveo 5. Coming home from work today, I noticed wind noise. The driver's window has slipped / tilted forward about 3/4 inch, so that the back of the glass isn't seated tightly within the gaskets. I can mostly tilt it back by hand when rolling the window up.

Never seen this before. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Time to take the door apart and see where the problem lies. It’s probably a bottom track issue.

Yeah, figured the same thing. Like other cars, I presume I pop the cap off the window crank to get at it? Do you know whether any plastic parts are at risk of breaking in the process? Thanks for your response.

Window crank, door handle, and door hand grip, should all have screws, and retainer clips. After that, I would assume the panel should pop off of the door relatively easily.
