Easy to install speakers
Ive blown my stock speakers so I was looking for some speakers that are easy to install as I have never done anything like this before. The last thing I want to do is to take apart my door and then not have any radio. Im looking for speakers $80 and under that have decent bass. I drive an aveo5 2009. Im just looking for something I can easily pop into my car without any modififcations

The stock speaker size is 4". You won't get much bass from that. Guys have put 6.5's in there, but that requires putting 1" spacers in. And even 6.5's won't give you a whole lot of bass, but it'll be a little better the 4's. If you're looking for easy, then just replacing with 4" speakers is probably your best bet. You'll most likely also need to either solder or crimp on some connectors to the stock wiring to slide on to the aftermarket speaker. The stock setup will have a plug style connector for the stock speaker that won't work for an aftermarket speaker. It's really easy! Don't be afraid to try it. Google is your friend, just search this site for door panel removal, pick up some stock sized replacements off amazon/ebay, some connectors and a crimping tool and you're all set. Probably a how-to on here as well. If not, the interwebs will show you the way.

ok I'll try adn look for some speakers and see how hard it is to use a spacer for the 6.5" speakers. Any suggestions on which I should get?

First off, do your homework on this site if it's 6.5's you want to do. No need to reinvent the wheel, there will be plenty of info here for you. The biggest consideration is making sure with the spacer, the speaker will clear any window mechanism in the door. I always like to start with Crutchfield for some ideas, then read reviews on Amazon etc. It REALLY depends on your budget on what you want to do. Almost anything "name brand" will sound better then the stock speakers (even at $30 for the pair). And if you're just planning on running it off the stock stereo then I personally wouldn't go crazy on the cost.
For an inexpensive speaker something like these would fit my budget:
