I was surprised to see a bubble of rust has started on my aveo.
I had the passenger door open. Its down on frame rail towards the front.
Its not huge, but maybe the size of a dime. Hopefully its not a sign of the frame rail rusting from the inside. I dont think there was a chip there.
I'll try to get a photo of it tomorrow.

Have you cleaned all the gunk out of your fenders?

Here in Western, Ny.. rust is a major issue. Bare metal will almost rust before your eye's.
So I'm not totally surprised, but it is a little unusual for something this new.

want shocking, the battery tray on my 09 is very rusted...
I know what you mean, car rust pretty bad up here too.
You should still be covered by your factory rust protection.
