Found some bubbling paint today.

I was surprised to see a bubble of rust has started on my aveo.

I had the passenger door open. Its down on frame rail towards the front.

Its not huge, but maybe the size of a dime. Hopefully its not a sign of the frame rail rusting from the inside. I dont think there was a chip there.

I'll try to get a photo of it tomorrow.

I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Winter is from Dec to Apr. Tons of snow and road salt. Cars here rust out like crazy.
My 2004 Swift+, 250,000km has no rust. I'm very surprised.
I've had a bunch of 1990-1996 Swifts and the are terrible for rust. So I've been watching the Aevos on the road, haven't seen rust yet, which is awesome. I'm thinking maybe the body panels are galvanized or something.
