Oh yes, singapore is a poker diamond shape, abt 20+KM north to south and 40+KM east to west. The furthest single trip is abt 40km plus minus from any point to another point.

My experience personally has been magnificent. At 91000 miles I changed the timing belt, water pump, idler pulley and tensioner. Not a hitch yet. Mines an 04.Originally Posted by manorness7

Whenever I worry that I'm at 63k miles on the original timing belt, I just think of your car, and relax, lol. I should have the new one on by tomorrow night.
you should also consider time in the factor of replacement, time erode the belt material almost as much as physical wear from the engine running. Plus how many heat up and cool down cycles you have, running and shutting off the car.
So if you took a brand new car and drove it 200k in a year, the timing belt might not fail, just as a car with 20k in 10 years the timing belt might fail.
Hey Pet, I was thinking that.
But I also thought, some of those reported early failures were on 2004's that were only 3 years old.
Pet sounds so degrading J/K
