As of this morning, I passed 170,000 miles. The car actually has a little more mileage but I subtracted the 6,125 miles that were on it when I drove it off the lot.
About 6 weeks shy of 12 years--still rolling!

I hit 320,000 miles on my 2009 yesterday. Do I have the highest mileage Aveo on record? lol. I got it brand new from the dealership. Solid $9,500 investment. I've got a 2021 Rav4 hybrid coming the end of this month. Sadly the Aveo is going to be retired or sold soon...
Palouse, that is terrific...320,000...CONGRATULATIONS! Great picture.
Enjoy your new car.
I just purchased a used 2008 with 111,700 miles .
Looking toward some good hwy miles.
Got an 06 with over 200k miles. My mom had it for 13 years and gave it to me when she got a newer car.
04 Chevy Aveo LS and its at 130k. Still going strong with the motor and transmission. The body is hanging in there for a northern Ohio car (Salty winters = rust). Mainly front end repairs are where my attention lies these days.
2010 Aveo LT and I'm at 273,000 miles. I bought it five years ago with 179K and it would be much higher but for Covid. I haven't made my 80 mile round trip commute to work for a year and a half.
Sadly, I am about to part with it. It's been a good car and hasn't caused much trouble at all. Just the usual maintenance. I bought it for the mileage and now that I'm not commuting anymore, I'm switching to a Grand Marquis. Not big on MPG, but big.
My 2004 Daewoo Kalos 1.4 SOHC is about 160.000 Kilometers.
My 2007 Aveo is at 140,000 miles, running strong, and can easily hit double that. Bought it two years old at 36,000 miles. Like I've said, drivers with an engineer's sense of machinery know how to keep their rigs running. Drive and service these right and they can compete with the long-lived Toyotas.
