How long will my Aveo last me?

I just hit 100K on my 06 Aveo sedan, and I am getting worried it is reaching the end of it's life =/
I do not know for sure, just a gut feeling. Does anyone the life expectancy of an Aveo?

if it has been maintained, it will last you another 100k easy, things are going to go out of course, but they shouldnt if it has been taken care of, not like a new engine is expensive or anything :P

I haven't changed my timing belt yet due to cash shortages =/ I'm a tad nervous to drive it at the moment.

damn, your at 100k on the first belt? That should be a good indication that the car will last a while :P , the timing belt has almost doubled it's life :P

i would get that changed next before anything else though

It will last as long as you are willing to keep and fix it.

I would check your timing belt. You are not the first I have heard to wait that long on a timing belt. But you should see if it is OK. As you will probably be willing to get rid of it if the engine craps out but $300-500 in maintenance To prevent it is cheaper than a set of tires.

Another vote for the timing belt, I'm actually about to do mine. Maybe your gut feeling is telling you to do it. :P

How have your 100k been? If they haven't been too problematic, and you continue to maintain it; I don't see why you should be too concerned?

I got the car at about 85K and haven't had any problems with it it, been very pleased with it. And no, I have not seen any rust on it.
