The car was setting at some of my wifes family's house. Offered the guy 200 bucks, and he said let me talk to my wife, went in the house for a minute came back out with the title. Had no idea what price he was thinking lol. The car had not been advertised for sale or anything.

I just went on you website metro, very interesting stuff. Shifting gears seems fun!
Yeah, that took a bit of getting used to, but I drove it for 6 years and hardly ever ground the gears. Most of the time I actually just left it in 3rd gear -- lots of torque at low RPM compared to an engine, so it was happy starting up from a stop in 2nd or 3rd gear. (Unless on a steep hill.)

paid 8k flat for my 08 aveo with 36k miles, Shame I wasnt aware of the trailing arm bushing issue at the time otherwise I would have haggled down the price... Awell $50 bux and a hammer fixed the issue
